Phil started Paradise in the mid 1980s and through hard work and perseverance, has seen the company reach its current heights. Phil’s bubbly ‘can do’  

personality and his attitude has largely contributed to the company’s success. 

 

Phil has handed over the Paradise reins to son Mitch and business partner Rod.
