Having joined the company in 2001, Mitch has spent over two decades developing his knowledge and expertise. With a strong foundation built through hands-on experience in billboard construction, maintenance and sales, Mitch assumed the role of CEO in 2012. In his capacity as CEO, Mitch is responsible for charting the strategic direction and ensuring the long-term growth of POA. His unwavering work ethic and pursuit of excellence extend across all areas of the business, including administration, sales, client engagement, advertising production, and billboard presentation. Under Mitch's leadership, POA has thrived, consistently delivering outstanding results and earning a reputation as an industry leader. Mitch's tenure and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the organisation as it continues to excel in the outdoor advertising sector.

With a portfolio of 1,500 billboards under his purview, Terry McKenzie adeptly manages the operations of our company. As an Operations Executive and Director, Terry's meticulous oversight ensures the smooth functioning of our extensive classic and digital network across Queensland. From installation to maintenance and construction, Terry's expertise guarantees that each billboard upholds the high standards we set for ourselves. His dedication to excellence and commitment to quality resonates throughout our entire business.

With 25 years in business management, Rick understands the commitment required in the acquisition of new locations and sites whilst maintaining and building on our existing relationships with landowners, councils, and commercial customers. Backed by his experienced and dedicated team, we are ready to welcome new clients to our billboard family and continue building strong partnerships with all our landowners.

As District Brands' National Sales Manager, Lee orchestrated a sales symphony, leading his dynamic team to remarkable victories - gaining his exclusive brands a coveted spot in Australia's retail powerhouses like Mecca, David Jones, and Adore Beauty. However, Lee's more than just a sales maestro. He built a solid foundation of business acumen, having spent over two decades running ventures in Cairns, Townsville, and the Gold Coast. This journey gifted him with a robust network across regional Queensland, a resource he now masterfully taps into in his current role as POA's Sales Director. Lee's passion for our brand and its future development has brought energy and excitement to the team.
