POA’S First State-of-the-Art Roadside Digital Billboard in Mt Isa!
POA is redefining roadside advertising, announcing their first Roadside State-of-the-Art Digital Billboard that will captivate the entire city.
Announcing the news of the selection of the charity, Paradise Outdoor Advertising CEO Mr. Mitch James said he is excited to have LIVIN on board, and is looking forward to helping spread awareness, and break the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Through this partnership, LIVIN will receive a billboard campaign to the value of $100,000. “This is our annual staff-driven community charity project; it is as a way that we can give back to our community” said Mitch. “Every year the staff put forward a charity they are passionate about, to date we have donated more than $800,000 to local charities and we will continue to do so”.
This campaign will assist in spreading awareness for suicide prevention, and to help wipe out the stigma on mental illness. The billboard campaign also aims to assist in raising funds for the growth and development of the LIVINWell Program; a mental health education program delivered to schools, businesses and community groups across Australia.
Mates Sam Webb and Casey Lyons; co-founded LIVIN in 2013, in loving memory of their good mate Dwayne Lally, who took his own life after suffering in silence from a mental illness. Sam & Casey said they are keen to get the LIVIN message out into the Townsville community and surrounds.

The core of LIVIN’s mission is that “It Ain’t Weak to Speak” with a primary focus on keeping the conversation going about the importance in understanding mental health in addition to increasing an overall awareness of the support that is available for those who may be struggling.
